Online application: Simply complete and click “send” on the online form. We will be in touch as soon as possible.
PDF application: You need to print out the PDF form, then complete it by hand and return to us at the address on the form.
By post: If you can’t use this option or the online application form please click on the “request application form by post” button, above, and we can send you a form to complete.
The tutor may contact applicants for interview, on acceptance onto the course the deposit will become due.

Fees
Sliding scale fees paid in full at the beginning of the course:
A non-refundable deposit of £200 secures your place.
Scale One: Household income below £20,000 per annum: £400
Scale Two: Household income between £20,000 and £28,999: £640
Scale Three: Household Income above £29,000: £880
We hold to a policy of honesty.
Sliding Scale fees paid by instalments:
Payment by instalments attract a one-off £30 administration fee.
Including the £30 admin fee, the payments will be (depending on your household income):
Scale One: Income below £20,000: Deposit of £200 plus five monthly payments of £46.00 beginning 3rd February 2024.
Scale Two: Income between £20,000 and £28,999 per annum: : Deposit of £200 plus five monthly payments of £94.00 beginning 3rd February 2024.
Scale Three: Income above £29,000 per annum: : Deposit of £200 plus five monthly payments of £142.00 beginning 3rd February 2024.
Please send your deposit of £200 within 4 weeks of acceptance onto the course and before 20th January 2024, as cash, cheque or online by Paypal.
Signed Terms & Conditions are an integral part of the course application process and should also be received by us within four weeks of your receiving confirmation of acceptance on the course.

Leaving the course
Occasionally participants decide to leave the course for personal reasons. Students who pay for the whole course in advance and leave the course before the Second Circle receive a refund of the full fee minus the deposit and the payment for the first spiral weekend. There is no refund after the Second Spiral Weekend has been taken.
Students who pay by instalments and leave the course before the Second Circle do not receive a refund, but pay up to and including the month in which they inform the tutor that they are not continuing the course. Students who leave the course after the Second Circle are expected to complete all instalment payments, as their place has been reserved for them for the duration of the course.
