This is an intensive and distilled experience. To fully benefit please arrive on time, eager to learn and refreshed. Loving self-care is heartily recommended.<\/p>\n

The course requires a good level of physical, emotional and mental health.
You will need to bring certain personal items as detailed by the tutor after paying your deposit. These include a beautiful new journal, your black Morgen cloak and your Morgen Stick.<\/p>\n

Please enjoy the many cafes and restaurants in Glastonbury. We will be having outdoor picnics on a couple of occasions. We will be outside in the evening once each on the on the second and third spirals. Drinks and biscuits\/fruit will be provided during the comfort breaks.<\/p>\n

We will be out on the Sacred Land at least once every weekend. Please bring suitable footwear, outdoor clothes and sunscreen. Our excursions are 2-3 hours in duration and we will car share.<\/p>\n
