Wild Flowers

To be fully in our bodies is to relate every day with the way the past affects us while we create the present. We are dynamic processes and often our bodies are communicating untold stories: those that don’t always have a linear narrative or fit into words.

We will focus on the link that connects women’s health, trauma and the nervous system, experiencing how bodywork, dance, somatic education, diet, herbalism and deep ecology are fundamental to brain, reproductive, gut and chronic health issues.

This immersion aims to foster your sense of presence in and with your body by offering clearer understanding of the nervous system, as well as grounding somatic resources that can help to develop a healthier body/brain connection.

We will invite our primal nervous responses to be met and understood as intelligent survival resources and creative sources of meaning and belonging.
