Here we’ve brought together all you need to apply for the course and to check your course and payment dates. Below you will see a number of buttons and there is information below that. If you have any problems or queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Full Fee:
The sliding scale fees for five days training paid in advance 1 week before the course starts is as follows, depending on household income:
Scale One: Household income below £23,000 per annum: £1,200
Scale Two: Household income between £23,000 and £30,999: £1,400
Scale Three: Household Income above £31,000: £1,600
A non-refundable deposit of £200 secures your place and is payable within four weeks of acceptance by the tutor. If you have applied within four weeks of the course start date and wish to pay in full your deposit must be received by 5th October 2026, and by return if the tutor’s acceptance is after this date.
Scale One: Balance of £1,000 payable by 19th October 2026 (£1,200).
Scale Two: Balance of £1,200 payable by 19th October 2026 (£1,400)
Scale Three: Balance of £1,400 payable by 19th October 2026 (£1,600)
Instalments:
Payment by instalments attract a one-off £50 administration fee. Including the £50 admin fee, the payments will be (depending on your household income):
Scale One: Income below £23,000: Deposit of £200 plus nine monthly payments of £116.66 beginning 6th February 2026.
Scale Two: Income between £23,000 and £30,999 per annum: Deposit of £200 plus nine monthly payments of £138.88 beginning 6th February 2026.
Scale Three: Income above £31,000 per annum: Deposit of £200 plus nine monthly payments of £161.11 beginning 6th February 2026.
If you discover the course later in the year and wish to pay via instalments starting after 6th February 2026, we will agree a payment plan with you individually so please do apply.
Signed Terms & Conditions are an integral part of the course application process and should be received by us within four weeks of your receiving confirmation of acceptance onto the course.

Cancellation Policy
As we’d like to make this course as widely available as possible, we’ve changed our normal payment schedule for instalments so that the full amount is collected before the course actually begins, leaving you free to relax and enjoy the process!
You can also, of course, pay in full, in which case we need to receive your deposit by 5th October 2026.
If you are paying by instalments and wish to cancel before the course begins, please note first that the deposit is non-refundable. That means that we would only return your deposit if the entire course is cancelled for any reason.
Normally, instalment payments will run from 19th February to 19th October (nine months) and if you decide to withdraw a percentage of the payments you have made will be retained by us as we will have prepared your place and clearly your withdrawal will mean there is less time for others to apply and pay in this way.
- So, if you cancel with nine to six months’ notice we would refund 75% of your instalment payments (less your deposit).
- With six to three months’ notice we would refund 50% of your payments, less deposit.
- With three to one month’s notice we would refund 25% of your payments, less deposit.
- With under a month’s notice we would not refund any of your payments.
