The Priestess/Priest of Avalon Training is the Foundation Priestess Training within Glastonbury Goddess Temple. Now in its 23rd year of teaching It is one of the best Priest/ess Trainings in the world today. The course provides a gateway into a true understanding of what it means to become a Priestess or Priest of Goddess and Avalon.

Over three years students learn about Goddesses in Brigit’s Isles and the Lady of Avalon as Goddess; the relationship between Goddess and Her Land, Her Seasons and Cycles; the energetic principles of priestessing; the creation of effective ceremonies; and many priestess skills, including Oracling and Embodiment. The training helps deepen your personal relationship to Goddess and the worlds beyond form, allowing you to dedicate your life to Her. This is not a path for the faint-hearted, as it requires dedication, courage and persistence, but the rewards – emotionally, mentally and spiritually are immense, and you are supported on your journey of discovery.

As a Goddess-centred organisation we actively support the creation and continuation of Priestess Trainings, Goddess Events, Communities & Temples, Goddess Conferences and Festivals everywhere in the world, which are created by Priestesses of Goddess, and of Avalon living in Britain and other lands.

Our teachings are founded in the principles of Motherworld – the Society which places mothers and the values of mothering – love, care and support for each other, and for our Mother Earth, in the centre of our lives, rather than being left out on the periphery. We actively work to take responsibility for ourselves, for our life’s journeys, our wounding and our healing.

Each Priestess Training course is supported by a Code of Ethics and Conduct. All tutors within Glastonbury Goddess Temple agree to abide by these Codes of Ethics and Conduct, and encourage all students to do likewise.
