Tarot Priestess
Spiral One
Start Date 10th – 11th October 2026
Have you ever wanted to learn to read the Tarot? In this practice-based course Katie will help you learn how to interpret the 78 Major and Minor Arcana cards of the Tarot deck and will teach how to weave them together into a Reading.
We will learn how to connect more deeply to our intuition, and to the cards. We’ll use creative ways to explore the 22 Major Arcana cards, and the four suits of the Minor Arcana, through story, colour and pattern. It will be experiential and fun!
Each weekend of the first year we will look at a suit via the sacred element it represents – Earth, Air, Fire, Water and the Major Arcana cards linked to that element. We’ll use creative exercises to lock in our knowledge, and practice Reading for each other. You will build both your confidence and your skills. We’ll look at ethics, history and diversity. The course is appropriate for motivated beginners, and for those wishing to develop their practice. Everyone is welcome.
We will be using the Motherpeace Tarot deck as a basis for our learning. Katie will refer often to the Smith Rider Waite deck, as well as other significant decks. Katie teaches an intersectional feminist and Goddess-loving way to read tarot. If you have a particular deck you use, please let us know on your registration form and bring it with you so we can include it in our studies.
