Contact forms

When you contact us using any of our forms we collect the data shown in the contact form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We may also check contact form data through an automated spam detection service.

We retain contact form information you provide only for long enough to deal with your enquiry, and for no longer than 60 days.

Course Application forms

If you apply for one of our courses using the online forms we provide, we collect the data shown in your application, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

We also request you to complete and return a set of Terms & Conditions for the course you’re applying for. These include your confirmation that we may keep on file the details you have given us in your application for the training and any subsequent communications. Several of our trainings are completed over a number of years, so it is important that we retain your details for administration and to enable you to progress.

For reasons of security such details are kept in our website’s database only for long enough to allow us to progress your application and for no more than 60 days.  Paper copies of online applications are produced and retained and these are kept in a locked filing cabinet. If you have applied to us for a training and now wish us to delete your personal information, please contact us to request this.
