Online application: Simply complete and click “send” on the online form. We will be in touch as soon as possible.

PDF application: You need to print out the PDF form, then complete it by hand and return to us at the address on the form.

By post: If you can’t use this option or the online application form please click on the “request application form by post” button, above, and we can send you a form to complete.

The tutor may contact applicants for interview, on acceptance onto the course the deposit will become due.

Fees

Pricing includes course attendance and does not include accommodation or meals.

The full fee is £1,200. A £200 non-refundable deposit is payable within four weeks of acceptance by the tutor. If you have applied within four weeks of the course start date your deposit must be received by 13 September 2025, and by return if the tutor’s acceptance is after this date. Balance of £1,000 payable by 27 September 2025.

• Special Early Bird Rate: £900 paid in full before 30 April 2025: £200 non-refundable deposit secures your place with the balance of £700 payable on or before 30 April 2025.
• Sponsor Tier (for those who wish to support others): £1,500 (including a donation to help subsidise a lower-cost place) £200 non-refundable deposit with the balance of £1,300 paid by 27 September 2025.
• Limited concessionary rates are available – please contact us to apply.

Payment by instalments attracts a one-off £50 administration fee.

Total Standard Fee instalments: £1,250. Non-refundable deposit of £200, payable as above, plus 8 monthly instalments of £131.25 beginning 27 September 2025.

Total Sponsor Fee instalments: £1,550. Non-refundable deposit of £200, payable as above, plus 8 monthly instalments of £168.75 beginning 27 September 2025.

Signed Terms & Conditions are an integral part of the course application process and should also be received by us within four weeks of your receiving confirmation of acceptance on the course.

Occasionally participants decide to leave the course for personal reasons. Students who pay for the whole course in advance and leave the course before the First Online check-in receive a refund of the full fee minus the deposit and the payment for the first Circle. There is no refund after the First Online check-in has been taken.

Students who pay by instalments and leave the course before the First Online check-in do not receive a refund, but pay up to and including the month in which they inform the tutor that they are not continuing the course. Students who leave the course after the First Online check-in are expected to complete all instalment payments, as their place has been reserved for them for the duration of the course.
