Online application: Simply complete and click “send” on the online form. We will be in touch as soon as possible.
PDF application: You need to print out the PDF form, then complete it by hand and return to us at the address on the form.
By post: If you can’t use this option or the online application form please click on the “request application form by post” button, above, and we can send you a form to complete.
The tutor may contact applicants for interview, on acceptance onto the course the deposit will become due.
Fees
Full Fee
Sliding scale fees paid in full at the beginning of the course. A non-refundable deposit of £200 secures your place.
Scale One: Household income below £20,000 per annum: £1,350
Scale Two: Household income between £20,000 and £28,999 per annum: £1,410
Scale Three: Household income above £29,000: £1,510
We hold a policy of honesty.
Payment by instalments attracts a one-off £50 administration fee.
Including the £50 admin fee, the payments will be (depending on your household income):
Scale One: Income below £20,000: Non-refundable deposit of £200 plus eight monthly payments of £150 beginning 4th September 2026.
Scale Two: Income between £20,000 and £28,999 per annum: non-refundable deposit of £200 plus eight monthly payments of £157.50 beginning 4th September 2026.
Scale Three: Income above £29,000 per annum: Non-refundable deposit of £200 plus eight monthly payments of £170 beginning 4th September 2026.
Please note that to ensure your place on the course a non-refundable deposit of £200 must be paid within four weeks of acceptance by the tutor. If you have applied within four weeks of the course start date your deposit must be received by 4th September 2026, and by return if the tutor’s acceptance is after this date. You may pay the balance of fees at any time up to the week before the course start date – 4th September 2026, or by the instament plan outlined above.
Signed Terms & Conditions are an integral part of the course application process and should also be received by us within four weeks of your receiving confirmation of acceptance on the course.
The course cost covers basic materials to make your own Shamanic tools. You may wish to decorate your tools with your own decorations.

Leaving the course
Occasionally participants decide to leave the course for personal reasons. Students who pay for the whole course in advance and leave the course before the First Online check-in receive a refund of the full fee minus the deposit and the payment for the first Circle. There is no refund after the First Online check-in has been taken.
Students who pay by instalments and leave the course before the First Online check-in do not receive a refund, but pay up to and including the month in which they inform the tutor that they are not continuing the course. Students who leave the course after the First Online check-in are expected to complete all instalment payments, as their place has been reserved for them for the duration of the course.
